Fried Chick Peas

What you need

1 can chick peas (can substitute garbanzo beans)
Olive oil
1/2 lemon
~ 1/2 tblspn salt
~ 1/2 tblspn dried crushed chili flakes
2 tblspns crushed cumin

How to do it

Rinse chick peas, then dry with paper towels. Get olive oil smoking hot in pan/pot (Use a very tall pot because the chick peas will pop, and this keeps them mostly inside the pot; or use a lid, but then they supposedly don't brown as nicely). Fry chick peas in oil for 10 minutes, stirring every two minutes or so. Remove from heat. Squeeze lemon juice over chick peas, add everything else, mix.
